Delivering Tailored Federal Solutions

Allegient Defense on GSA MAS

Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Numbers (SINs)

GSA has established five (5) Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Numbers (SINs) on IT Schedule 70.

Benefits of HACS SIN

  • Access to pool of technically evaluated cybersecurity vendors
  • Rapid ordering and deployment of services
  • Reduction in open market ordering and contract duplication
  • Cybersecurity/Acquisition support resources from GSA

Under the HACS SINs, Allegient Defense offers federal, state, and local governments the following services covered under all 5 HAC SINs:

High Value Assets (HVA)

Includes Risk and Vulnerability Assessments (RVA), Security Architecture Review (SAR), and Systems Security Engineering (SSE). Additionally, the scope of the SIN includes services for the seven step Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Security Operations Center (SOC) services.

Risk and Vulnerability Assessment

Assesses threats and vulnerabilities, determines deviations from acceptable configurations, enterprise or local policy, assesses the level of risk, and develops and/or recommends appropriate mitigation countermeasures in operational and non-operational situations.

Cyber Hunt

Activities respond to crises or urgent situations within the pertinent domain to mitigate immediate and potential threats. Cyber Hunts start with the premise that threat actors known to target some organizations in a specific industry or with specific systems are likely to also target other organizations in the same industry or with the same systems.

Incident Response

Services help organizations impacted by a cybersecurity compromise determine the extent of the incident, remove the adversary from their systems, and restore their networks to a more secure state.

Penetration Testing

Security testing in which assessors mimic real-world attacks to identify methods for circumventing the security features of an application, system, or network.

Professional Services Schedule (PSS)

The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) offers customers the ability to meet acquisition challenges while achieving their missions. This Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) provides a streamlined, effective commercial contracting vehicle for both customers and vendors using FAR 8.405 ordering procedures. PSS gives federal agencies the ability to use a single long-term, government-wide contract to procure simple to complex fixed-price, time and materials, or labor-hour professional services. All PSS Contracts are awarded with a 5-year base period and three 5-year option periods. Task orders must be solicited and awarded prior to the PSS contract expiring and may extend up to 5 years after the PSS contract expires. The core disciplines of PSS contracts include:

  • Mission-oriented business integrated services
  • Financial and business solutions
  • Environmental services
  • Language services
  • Logistics services
  • Advertising and integrated marketing services
  • Professional engineering services
